​Not only is Ken a Licensed Home Inspector, he is also a certified Journeyman Mechanic with knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pumps, compressors, welding, and machining. As a former Environmental Services Director he helped oversee building projects from initial planning   to final use.  This gives him a thorough knowledge of all aspects of building construction and design. His training in plumbing, HVAC and electrical further solidifies the understanding of a quality home.
